I retrofitted/upgraded every room with overhead lights or ceiling fans by pulling and fishing wires through finished interiors. I also installed a custom surround sound system in each room, featuring dedicated volume controls fed by a central media center, enhancing both functionality and ambiance.

Commercial Network Cabling Installation for a Client

Video of my sister showcasing the integrated landscape lighting, outdoor surround sound, and electrical work that I designed and installed for her this summer, all tied into her smart home automation system at her home in the Sierra Nevada foothills, California.

Used my concrete saw to cut the sidewalk and install a drain for a flood-prone spot. Extended it to a French drain in a trench I dug, then mixed and poured concrete to set the drain for a rental property.
